Email links are not working


Open an email with a link that’s not working.

Open a new tab at the top of the page and sign in to your Ladders account.

Tap back to your email.


Your browser tabs should look like this:



Tap the link in your email.

The link should now open for you.


If the tapped link opens a 404 error:



You’ve identified an error on our end. Please contact our Customer Service team. We will locate your article for you and deal with the link issue.
