Why am I seeing a blank page in my browser?
You should be able to solve this issue by clearing your cookies and cache.
PC USERS:
Clearing the cache and cookies in Google Chrome
Sign out of your Ladders account.
Press the following three keys on your keyboard simultaneously: CTR+SHIFT+DEL.
A window will pop up saying: “Clear browsing data”.
You will see the default “Basic” option and a choice to switch to an “Advanced” version. Stay with “Basic”.
From the “Time Range” drop down box choose: “All time.”
Deselect all check boxes except: “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
Click “Clear data”.
Close your browser window.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.
Clearing the cache and cookies in Mozilla Firefox
Sign out of your Ladders account.
Press the following three keys on your keyboard simultaneously: CTR+SHIFT+DEL.
A window will pop up saying: “Clear All History”.
Click the “Time range to clear” drop down menu and choose “Everything”.
You will see a warning: “All selected items will be cleared. This action cannot be undone.”
Beneath the warning, deselect all checked boxes except “Cookies” and “Cache”.
Click the “OK” button.
Close your browser window.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.
Clearing the cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge
Sign out of your Ladders account.
Press the following three keys on your keyboard simultaneously: CTR+SHIFT+DEL.
A window will pop up. Select the option: “Temporary services and files”.
Click the “Delete” button.
Close your browser window.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.
Clearing the cache and cookies in Opera
Sign out of your Ladders account.
Press the following three keys on your keyboard simultaneously: CTR+SHIFT+DEL.
A window will pop up saying: “Clear browsing data”.
You will see the default “Basic” option and a choice to switch to an “Advanced” version. Stay with “Basic”.
From the “Time Range” drop down box choose: “All time”.

Sign out of your Ladders account.
Press the following three keys on your keyboard simultaneously: SHIFT+COMMAND+DEL.
A window will pop up saying: “Clear browsing data”.

From the “Time Range” drop down box choose: “All time”.

Scroll down and tap “Settings”.
Scroll down and tap “Privacy”.
Select “Clear browsing data”.
You will see the default “Basic” option and a choice to switch to an “Advanced” version. Stay with “Basic”.
From the “Time Range” drop down box choose: “All time”.
Deselect all options except: “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
Tap “Clear data”.
Close your browser window.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.

Tap the “O” button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Tap “Settings”.
Tap “Clear browsing data”.
Check the “Clear cookies and data” option in the menu that appears.
Tap “Ok”.

Sign out of your Ladders account.

Select “Settings” from the drop down menu.
On the settings page, select “Clear private data” under the “Privacy & Security” section.
From the list, select: “Cookies & active logins” and “Cache”.
Tap “Clear data”.
Close your browser window.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.
Clearing the cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge
Sign out of your Ladders account.
Tap the 3-dot menu (three dots in row) in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Select “Settings” from the popup that appears.
On the settings page, select “Privacy & Security” in the “Advanced” section.
On the privacy and security page, tap “Clear browsing data”.
Select “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files” only.
Tap “Clear”.
Close your browser window.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.
iOS Users:

Sign out of your Ladders account.
Tap the 3-line menu (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of your screen.
Scroll down and tap “Settings”.
Scroll down and tap “Privacy”.
Select “Clear Cache” and tap the “Clear Cache” confirmation button.
Select “Clear Cookies, Site Data” and tap the “Clear Cookies, Site Data” confirmation button.
Close your browser window.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.

Scroll down and tap “Settings”.
Tap “Data Management” in the “Privacy” section.
Tap the toggles next to “Cache” and “Cookies”.
Tap “Clear Private Data”.
Close your browser window.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.
Clearing the cache and cookies in Safari
Sign out of your Ladders account.
From your Home screen, tap on “Settings”.
Scroll down to and tap “Safari”.
Scroll down to and tap “Clear History and Website Data”.
Tap the confirmation button: “Clear History and Data”.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.
Clearing the cache and cookies in Opera
Sign out of your Ladders account.
Tap the 3-dot menu (three stacked dots) in the top right corner.
Tap “Clear History”.
When prompted, tap the “Clear” confirmation option.
Reopen your browser and sign in to your Ladders account.
