Why can’t I reset my password?

Log out of your account. You can do that from here by tapping the following link:

Log out


This will take you to your Ladders home page. The “Sign In” prompt is at the top right.




Tap “Sign In”, then choose “Forgot Password”.



You can do this from here by following this link: Forgot password.


Enter your account’s email address and tap “Send”.



You will receive an email containing a secure link to create a new password.


(Please check your spam and junk folders if this email doesn’t appear in your inbox.)




Tap the link in the email to create your new password. To protect your privacy, follow the instructions under the heading: “Make your password a strong one.”
