Initially, you will receive a confirmation email from Ladders letting you know that your application was successfully sent.
We also let members know if an application could not be sent for any reason.
So members are kept completely up-to-date from the moment the Apply4Me button is pressed.
Ladders simply takes over the frustratingly repetitive work of filling out application forms.
