How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel on the site at any time. Your subscription information is available here:
https://www.theladders.com/account-info/subscription
Basic members: You will no longer receive emails from Ladders and your profile will no longer be visible to recruiters. To cancel:
- Tap on your name in the upper right corner of any page
- Tap “Membership” in the menu on the left
- Tap the "Cancel Account" button in the “Membership” section
- Fill out the short survey and tap “Cancel Account"
Premium members: You will not receive any future charges. Your account will downgrade to our Basic (free) membership at the end of your current paid subscription period. To cancel:
Turn off the auto-renewal feature by following these steps:
- Tap on your name in the upper right corner of any page
- Tap “Membership” in the menu on the left
- Tap the "Cancel Premium" button in your Premium Membership section
- Fill out the short survey and tap the “Turn off Auto-Renew" button
You will receive an email confirming that your cancellation was successful.
