How do I receive relevant job matches?
Check that your personal job search choices have been selected. (These can be updated at any time.)
To do that: Tap your name in the top right corner of any page and select “Job Preferences” from the left menu.
Once on the Job Preferences page you can select a category from the "Role & Specialties" section. Each category will come with a list of Specialties that you can select the most relevant from. Select only those specialties most relevant to your job search.
Under the section: “Job Title” fill in your desired Job Title Under Recent Compensation and Desired Compensation, fill in the salary range you are looking within. Your Desired Compensation will be used to fill out Applications submitted through Apply4Me where employers require that you list your desired compensation. NOTE: Recruiters on Ladders will see your “Desired Compensation” choice, not your “Recent Compensation” choice. This remains private. Your selections will be automatically saved.
Industries can be selected once you start a search.
