Why aren’t I receiving emails?

Check the “Spam” or “Junk” folders in your email.

If your Ladders emails haven’t been mistakenly sent there, check your account.

In your account, tap your name in the top right of any page.

Tap “Emails” in the menu on the left of the page.

Check your email subscriptions to make sure you are subscribed to each type of email you wish to receive.

If subscribed, you will see that the button to the left of each option is blue, with the “toggle” circle to the right.

If not subscribed, you will see that the button to the left of each option is gray, with the “toggle” circle to the left.

To subscribe, click within any gray box. To unsubscribe, click within any blue box.
