Why do I need to include my recent salary?

Your recent salary information enables us to send you the most relevant job matches.

Our aim is for you see positions in a range based on your recent salary and your desired salary.

Your recent salary information is not shared with recruiters. 

You can set the range you prefer to be shown on your “Job Preferences” page. 

To access the page, tap your name in the top right of your account’s screen. 

Choose “Job Preferences” from the menu on the left of the page.

Select an appropriate minimum and maximum salary range in the “Recent” and “Desired” Compensation fields, respectively

Your recommended jobs, job searches, and emails will be tailored to you based on these selections.
