If an application cannot be sent for some reason, you will receive a notification via email.

This may occur if the job you applied for has already closed but has not yet been removed from the company's website. 

Another reason could be due to applications containing questions that require highly personal information from you — multiple choice personality test questions, industry knowledge questions, or other requests that require your unique input. 

Should that happen, you will still be able to find the link to the position in your [Applied list page](https://www.theladders.com/applied?applicationTypes=APPLY4ME&page=1&sortBy=STATUS&sortDirection=DESC) and in the email notification we sent you, allowing you to proceed with the application at your own discretion.
