After clicking **“Save”**, wait a few seconds. Sometimes the photo uploads instantly; other times there may be a short processing delay.

If your photo still doesn’t appear:

*   Check the file type and size of your photo where it is stored.
    
*   Make sure the file is either **PNG** or **JPEG**.
    
*   If the size shows **MB (megabytes)**, confirm it is **under 15MB**.
