If you're experiencing loading issues or outdated content on Ladders, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often resolve it. Below are instructions for popular browsers and mobile devices.

### Desktop Browsers

#### **Google Chrome (Windows/macOS)**

1.  Sign out of your Ladders account.
    
2.  Press **Ctrl+Shift+Del** (Windows) or **Shift+⌘+Del** (Mac).
    
3.  The **Clear browsing data** window appears—ensure “Basic” is selected.
    
4.  Set **Time range** to **All time**.
    
5.  Check only **Cookies and other site data** and **Cached images and files**.
    
6.  Click **Clear data**, then close and reopen the browser to sign back in.
    

#### **Mozilla Firefox (Windows/macOS)**

1.  Sign out of your Ladders account.
