No. Ladders has a dedicated team of _Apply4Me_ professionals to cover all applications on behalf of our members.

Because of our expertise, we do foresee a time when some types of job application will be successfully sent using an automated process. 

However, that will only happen when the process itself meets the high standards we demand for our members and their job application efforts. Members will be updated accordingly.

Either way, the tedium and repetition of applying for jobs will continue to be taken out of the hands of our Premium Members, so they can enjoy being supported by Ladders and receive even more from their membership.
